Shipping Policy
Lily and Bloom is a small NZ business. All products are handcrafted and made in small batches, often 'made to order'. This ensures that we are supplying quailty handcrafted goods. Your L&B order will be dispatched 1-3 days after the order is received. Please let us know if you need your order sooner and we will try our best to meet your needs.
The shipping cost for all orders in NZ is a flat rate of $6.00 per order.
Please note that we do not ship orders on public holidays.
*CHRISTMAS SHIPPING
Orders for Christmas close 12 December 2022. If an order is placed after this date and needed in time for Christmas, please contact us to arrange a pick-up from Auckland, North Shore.
Returns and Exchange Policy
If for any reason you are not happy with your L&B products we are happy to provide an exchange, store credit or refund within 14 days of delivery. The product must be unopened, unused, and in all origional packaging. Email us at [email protected] for a return authorisation. The cost for the return shipping is the customers responsibility.
If your order or product happens to arrive faulty or damaged then we will replace this for you at no cost. Email us at [email protected] with a description of the damaged goods and a photograph and we will sort it for you.
